Tonkin Drysdale Partners (TDP) is proud to announce the admission of Nick Fagan into the partnership, effective from 1 July 2024. Nick, a highly respected criminal and family lawyer, brings nearly 10 years of experience and exceptional character to the firm as partner.
Nick joined Tonkin Drysdale Partners in 2018 and, with TDP’s support, moved to the Director of Public Prosecutions in 2021 to gain invaluable expertise in serious criminal matters.
At the ODPP, Nick prosecuted some of the most serious criminal offences in NSW.
TDP were pleased to secure Nick’s return in 2023 and are now delighted that he has joined the partnership.
Combining his experience on both sides of the bar table, Nick is considered one of the leading criminal law solicitors on the Central Coast with a strong reputation for acting in complex criminal matters.
Nick is also an experienced family law advocate who appears frequently in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Nick Fagan is now the head of the Criminal Law team at TDP.

Away from the office, Nick and his wife Emily have a beautiful family and on weekends, Nick can be found on the sideline cheering on junior sport or playing golf at Kooindah Waters.
