Our firm has a busy criminal law practice and the leading family law practice on the Central Coast. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
- a Criminal Law /Family Law Solicitor with 1-3 years PAE
- a Criminal Law /Family Law Solicitor with 3-5 years PAE

These roles would suit lawyers with ambition to excel in the criminal law and family law fields, and to develop and hone their skills working closely under the guidance of leading experts in those areas of law.
Prior experience in criminal law is essential and experience in family law is desirable, although applicants with court experience in other jurisdictions will also be considered.
In your busy criminal law practice you will be mentored to develop your skills to act in sentence and defended matters in the Local Court, conduct severity appeals in the District Court and instruct Counsel in serious District Court sentences and trials.
From the family law aspect, you will be exposed to varied and interesting work including parenting matters, property settlements, advocacy work in interlocutory matters and instructing Counsel on trial.
