Rosie McNally

Solicitor

Rosie brings a wealth of experience in property and commercial law, working alongside Paul Tonkin, Dominic, and Aaron across our commercial transactions and estate planning teams.

Rosie comes to us following a decade in the Real Estate and Projects Group of a highly regarded national law firm, where she developed expertise across all levels of property practice. Her experience spans leasing, licensing, residential matters, and complex retail, commercial, and industrial transactions.

She has also worked extensively with specialised property sectors, including:

  • Farms and wineries (water access licensing and Crown land interests)
  • Pubs and hotels (liquor and gaming licensing)
  • Service stations
  • Renewable energy sites (solar and wind farms)

While working in the industry, Rosie completed her law degree and has since been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Having moved to Woy Woy with her partner in May last year, Rosie is thrilled to be practicing locally, and we are equally excited to have her on board.
