Tonkin Drysdale Partners is currently seeking an experienced Commercial & Property Lawyer.
The firm has been helping generations of Central Coast residents and businesses with legal matters since the practice was first established in Woy Woy in 1958. Today, we offer one of the most experienced and extensive teams on the Central Coast with seven lawyers (including three principals) and a team of 18 support staff.
To support our busy and growing practice, the successful applicant will ideally have:
- at least 3 years post admission experience as a Solicitor
- experience in a wide range of property and commercial law including sale and purchase of all types of property including subdivisions, leasing, finance and business transactions
- the ability to provide excellent service and practical advice to clients for all corporate and commercial matters including the provision of well-developed skills in drafting and negotiating
- the ability to liaise with current and future clients with the desire to build and maintain a professional relationship with them
- the ability and drive to build our legal practice
- some civil litigation skills would be an advantage
