There are also provisions for foreign investors to pay higher duties and land taxes in an effort to assist new home owners to get into the market.Most employees in NSW are entitled to be paid Long Service Leave.  This includes full-time, part-time and casual employees.

An employee who has been working with the same employer for 10 years is entitled to two months Long Service Leave. In most cases, the Long Service Leave Act provides that an employee is entitled to be paid on a pro rata basis after 5 years of continual service.
